You must dilute our terpenes for flavor and effect prior to use: Between 0.01 to 15% with all oil-based products. For sublingual Tinctures typically use 0.01-0.25% terpenes. Inhalable products generally use 0.5%-5%. 

Add to carrier oil, such as hemp seed oil or almond oil, for massages.  You can also add few drops in a diffuser to help ease respiratory problems.  Do not apply undiluted directly to the skin.  It can perfectly blend with bergamot, rose, vanilla, patchouli, lime and citrus oils.
